Stache Radio Episode 6: Mets Sweep in Tampa, Get Swept Away in Queens

Sweeps.

The Mets have been pretty intimately involved with them lately.

Last weekend on Stache Radio, the Mets were coming off a sweep at the hands of that other New York baseball team, having lost five of six.

I told Matt that I'd be happy to win one of three in Tampa Bay against the Rays, who at the time had the best record in the American League.

Shockingly, the Mets ran roughshod over Joe Maddon's Rays, sweeping them in dominant fashion, showing once again the resilience that has been a staple of this Terry Collins managed team.
